For your item to be eligible to be exchanged or refunded, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or return, contact happyhugshawaii@gmail.com to notify us that you would like to exchange or return something. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
You must return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure that your item is packed in the same way that it was received. Shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. We recommend tracking your return so there’s no risk of it going missing.
Personalized items, gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale transactions are final sale.
